One glaring omission ... in the case of ebooks, the
publisher can also authorize or limit the
purchaser's ability to READ the book.
Perhaps accusing Dmitry of writing software that
illegally allows the owner of an ebook to read
it without authorization of the copyright holder
wouldn't fly as easily.
