Steinberg visited the Berkman Center to discuss UK's PledgeBank.com and its successes at solving collective action problems. PledgeBank.com was built by MySociety.org, a nonpartisan, nonprofit group in the UK. PledgeBank.com offers ways for people to volunteer, give money, or contribute with other people.
