Alba Hancock is a Program Coordinator at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society.
Prior to joining Berkman Klein, Alba worked for a growth strategy consulting firm, a research institute that focuses on issues of national security, cybersecurity, and counterterrorism, and a nonprofit that supports high-impact entrepreneurship in emerging markets. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 2015 with a B.A. in International Relations from NYU, where her undergraduate quantitative Honors thesis centered on information & communication technologies (ICTs) and civil resistance in Muslim-majority countries.
Alba practices Vipassana meditation and Hatha yoga, and is inordinately passionate about the intricacies of Arabic grammar.
