Sam Gustin is a Berkman Fellow exploring the intersection of technology, media, and politics. Gustin will focus his research on U.S. communications and broadband policy from the national to the local level.
Gustin is also a Correspondent at VICE covering business, technology and public policy for Motherboard. He graduated from Reed College, where he wrote his thesis on international relations theory, and earned a Master’s degree in journalism from Columbia. Prior to joining VICE, Gustin worked at TIME, WIRED and other publications. A native New Yorker, Gustin lives in Cambridge with his dog Otis.
